Oscar Milian, CUSP
Oscar Milian is the owner of AOSH Services, a minority owned business servicing the Motor City and all of Michigan. As the owner & safety coach, his responsibility is the safety and health of his students, staff and the public. In addition to his safety responsibilities, Oscar is the head instructor, teaching courses such as OSHA 10/30 Hour, HAZWOPER, Fall Protection Safety, Confined Space Safety, Heavy Equipment Operations and more. Oscar is a graduate from the College of Architecture, Urban & Public Affairs; Florida Institute for Safety & Construction at Florida Atlantic University. He has a successful background as a leading safety professional in various industries like petroleum and utility construction. Oscar has over a decade of experience and earned many certifications in construction and general industry safety. He applies his strong expertise in loss prevention, employee education/development and safety program management to all our clients. Oscar also volunteers with the ASSP Greater Detroit Chapter assisting as a chair member.
